Langthorns Plantery Open Day

A lovely weekend for a lovely place. This weekend we were able to have tea on the lawn and wander around the gardens.
Amazing colours and as ever friendly help.

Holy Trinity a beautiful setting

Takeley retains a lot of its rural character and the walks to Holy Trinity are very evocative especially in the spring. The church is situated outside the village in what might have been an ancient site of worship and has to be searched out along wild flower roadways.

It is well worth a visit just for the atmosphere.
